They installed a water heater for me. The first guy that came out was very good. He was very courteous and seemed to really know what he was doing. A week later I had to have somebody come out because there was noise and the pipes underneath the house since the water heater had been installed. They sent somebody else out to check it out. It was very obvious the guy didn't want to be there. He was not thorough and not straightforward with me. He told me one story and his boss another. I did not like his demeanor whatsoever. All I can say is if you can get the first guy that came out named Raymond, go for it. Otherwise I'm not sure I would use them.
