  They ran a new water line from the meter to the house. They bored under the driveway and slab in the utility room where they had to bust the concrete and dig down. They should have then been able to feed the flexible line through the hole in the pantry where the old line came in, but instead they left the pipe a foot off the wall in the room. Did not put concrete back, just left a room full of dirt and a hole in the floor. What a mess. They also did not install the junction box to ground level outside. Left it sticking out of the ground 6 to 8 inches, making mowing difficult. They also left clods of mud right outside the entry door. Very sloppy unfinished job. The leak is fixed but I'm very disappointed in the workmanship especially along with the almost $10,000.00 price tag. I tried calling the next day to speak to the master plumber on the job, left a message, but no one even bothered to return my call. :(

  I recently had plumbing work done. Water heater replacement and shower fixtures replace. Daniel was very professional and answered all questions I had. The work was accomplished in a timely manner and all work areas were clean when he finished. The finished product is awesome. He had a young man with him, Dekota. He was also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

  Made appointment with this company on 10/2/21 for an 10/4 between 1-3pm. At around 2:30 I called to ask status. Was told someone would be there soon. At 3:30 I called back again and was told that I was mistaken and that the actual window was from 1 to 5pm. I was reassured someone was on the way. At 5:30 I called back again. At this point I was told that they could provide me with no further information and that a message would be left with the dispatcher. I called one last time at 7pm and was told the office was closed but they could leave another message and they were not sure if and when the plumber was rescheduled for. I will not be using this company again and recommend against anyone using them
