  Great Lakes Plumbing was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. Hunter arrived at my house in about two hours! He was really knowledgeable and did an excellent job of repairing my water heater as well as winterizing my upstairs guest space. highly recommended from me.

  I'm a facility manager, and I had a hard time getting someone out at first. However, as I discovered, they were hopping, trying to get everyone's water back on due to the freezing conditions. It was well worth the wait when Chad Thomas arrived. He was courteous, competent, and professional. He explained why I was having trouble getting someone out, and I quickly regretted being impatient as I realized they were trying everything they could to help as many people as possible. This company comes highly recommended from me, as does Chad Thomas.
