  I used them for several repairs, and I think they did an OK job on most of them. (3-4 stars) They “fixed” a leaking faucet (worked for maybe a week) that is now significantly worse than before. It’s now been a month and I’ve called every week to see if they can actually come fix it, but of course they’re too busy. It seems unprofessional to not actually come out and fix what I’ve paid them to fix. (1 star) Because it’s so annoying that they won’t come back out I’m “averaging” this to 2 stars overall.

  Called twice and personally talked to someone to have service done and yet to this day have never received a call back and no one has ever shown up. Disrespecful and unprofessional.

  Plumber that came out was very friendly to my wife and daughter. He did a good job and fixed my leak quickly
