  Called the company on a Thursday to have some work done. They said it would be the following week, for he was booked. Understandable, however, when we tried to reach them, twice leaving a voicemail, we .NEVER heard back from them to set a firm date and time. Not only is that bad business sense, it's flat out rude!!! Will never even think of using them again and will not recommend them to my friends and family!!!!

  Very polite, communicated well, on time as hoped for, completly prepared and fixed my broken pipes, and several other needs while waiting on glue to dry, all within about an hour! Very productive! I will call again if needed and recommend highly!
