  I got very prompt responses from this company even though I contacted them after hours. Jason managed to squeeze me in to his already tight schedule and came over to my house on time. He was very professional and kind. The reason I called this company was that I suspected my kitchen faucet had a leak. He tested and concluded that the faucet did not have an issue but helped me tremendously to figure out what the real problem was, which was not plumbing-related. And he did not charge me for the trip. An honest, reliable, professional, and friendly person. What can you ask more from a plumber? I will keep using this company for sure. I don’t know if anyone cares about this anymore, but my family still takes precautions against the covid because my husband works at the hospital and meets cancer patients. When he saw me wearing my mask, he instantly put his mask before entering my house. I thank you, sir for respecting me and protecting many people. The total experience was very pleasant. I highly recommend Kingdom Based Plumbing.

  I’ll be sure to call Kingdom-Based Plumbing for any future plumbing needs! Jason quickly texted me after I called even though he was in the middle of a job. After checking to see if it was an emergency (not this time, thank goodness), he was able to schedule a same-day appointment to come out. He unclogged our toilet quickly and recommended we replace our builder’s grade ones since they’ll continue to give us problems in the future. I’m pleased with everything, especially Jason’s professionalism.

  Definitely one of the best if not the best experiences I have had with a plumbing company. Jason responded quickly and was able to provide me an estimate right away. He came early and was able to assess the issue in a timely manner. Very professional. And such a good price! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends and family.
