  On 11/26/2021 at 1420, the driver of van #10 got out of his van when behind me at a red light, screamed at me through my window, got aggressive after I rolled my window back up, then attempted to open my driver side door after I refused to open the window again. I hope the manager will contact me about this and separate this driver’s employment, as I would not trust a company continues to have violent employees on their payroll.

  First off I'll lead with the fact that I am a well payed plumber in the Jacksonville area. These guys come to my apartments to do plumbing bc our managers are cheap. They are unprofessional as it gets. They will cut the whole complex down with no warning to make minor pipe repairs. 3 days this week I come home for lunch to no water. As a plumber I know this is not how you operate. You contact property let them email tenants and schedule a shut down in the near future. They put fernco couplings where tubalar trap adapters should go and fricking shark bite compression hoses on a cpvc supplied heater that easily would have plumbed in with 2 ft of pipe. 2 cpvc 90s and FIPS. Hardly speak English so it seems they've come to the country of opportunity to go around ripping people off as "proffessionals" while doing work worse than some handyman I have seen.

  Plumbers were very nice. They assisted me in a timely manner and answered any questions I had. Very helpful. I Do recommend them.
