  Eddie knocked it out of the park in terms of his responsiveness, communication, courtesy, professionalism, thoroughness and quality of his inspection report. He also spent plenty of time going through the report with us to ensure we understood his commentary and suggested actions. I’m sure there are other good home inspectors out there, but if you’re reading this review, just book Eddie in. He’s absolutely too notch!

  King Tide was very responsive and I was able to get an inspection scheduled and completed within a compressed time frame. The report I received was very thorough and Eddie answered all of my questions that I had. I would not hesitate to call him again for an inspection.

  Eddie was awesome to say the least. Prompt, knowledgeable, and genuine. His report was very thorough and at the conclusion of his inspection he took the time to walk us through some of the items he found. One of his recommendations will save us money down the road so I would definitely recommend Eddie to anyone looking for a top notch home inspector.
