King Arthur Plumbing rescued me when my water heater started leaking the day I was to leave for vacation. From the moment I placed a call to them in a panic to when the job was finished, I was impressed with the professionalism and excellent service by everyone I interacted with. They responded immediately and the technician arrived at the time promised, which alone was remarkable. Frank was efficient, knowledgeable and not only replaced my water heater, but identified other potential problems. I was informed of options and cost and felt no pressure to have the additional work done. When the job was finished, I assumed I would be doing some clean up, but was pleasantly surprised to fine everything neat and clean. I was left with the feeling this is a company I can trust in my home and won't hesitate to call them again. Thanks to King Arthur Plumbing I was able to leave for vacation knowing the job had been well done!

This plumbing company did a great job installing our water system to our new sink and dishwasher. They were wonderful to talk with on the phone, accommodating to our schedule, and the plumber who came to our home was excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this company!

Had a negative experience with this company. They had booked me a time slot to come out and service our AC between 8 and 10. They showed up at 6:30 when no one was home from work yet. Even though we gave 2 contact numbers, they didn’t call to tell us they were coming early or that they were not getting an answer. My wife pulled up just as they were leaving and was not able to flag them down. I immediately reached out to the service number. He called me back later on that night to tell me the technician had gone home for the night and was not coming back out. When I asked him seriously, they weren’t going to come out even though they didn’t show up when we had scheduled and they did not call to see if we would be home at that time, he told me to find another company. I suggest you do the same and find someone else.

We mutually had a bad experience with this customer. Customer contacted us at 5:40 pm on a Friday night asking if we could provide service same night. We explained we could put him as last call with a window of 8-10 pm. Our next exact sentence in both text and call was WE WILL TRY TO BE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Customer responded with don't worry my wife will be home. During the overnight our techs do not have access to the customers phone numbers so he could not call when no one answered the door. Our trucks have GPS locators on them and the technician is showing leaving at 7pm after waiting 15 minutes. We have 1 other technician available to send out and already had plans to send them out to this customers home but after a brief text message exchange with the customer we decided we would not send the tech that late to the home. We explained to the customer that our previous technician went home since no one answered the door. As a company our #1 priority is our employees and their families. These hard working men have children, and wives that they love and want to see. We try to give everyone a chance to understand that these men are also family men and hope that our customers treat us with respect and we try to be respectful of our customers situations. We are a small company and reserve the right not to service someones home late at night or after hours. Chelsea you seem like a great person but all we wanted was a little appreciation that we were trying to squeeze you into an appointment slot. Homeowners need to understand 1st and foremost service companies and the employees that service their home are just like them they want to be with their loved ones. We have stellar ratings by our customers across the board expect by you. The reason we decided not to service your home was we felt no matter what we were not going to satisfy your household as company. So we politely asked you to please find another company for the next day. As a customer you have to option of who to use and as a company we have the option of when to say no. We provide very fair / low cost solutions with upfront costs. Our reputation both in this town and many others is like I said stellar. At the end our conversation on the phone with your husband we simply asked 1 question if we send another technician do you feel we can have a pleasant business experience. We both agreed- NO. It is best you find another company and hopefully they are like us honest and upfront. I believe that a single sentence from the customer could have changed this entire interaction. Instead of Seriously? Could have simply asked do you have another technician to send out. We already planned to send someone else out and they would have arrived in the service window. After a brief text message exchange with the customer we simply decided the customer was not a good fit for us. As a company we expect to be treated with respect as well.
