  Very Bad service offer, very expensive charge me $500 for a minute of inspection which was not what was explained. Not sure why this company things they will grow under the backs of struggling Americans

  Completely awful. I lost a whole day of work waiting around for them to install my “new” hot water heater. When it was delivered it had a dent in it and it is also still leaking water. In addition to KG Winston and Son’s tardiness, I was also charged an undiscussed $200 as an installation and haul fee. The fact that I have to continue doing business with them to fix yet another problem is excruciating.

  This company was recommended by Sears through their warranty program to fix a disposal unit. Sears advised us that they booked the appointment for us, however, this company told us they would not honor the appointment because they did not have any availability for a whole week. Also, beware- this company is not good at returning phone calls.
