  Like the previous reviewer communication has been absolutely non-existent. I have a minor issue that needs to be fixed. Someone came out and said they just needed to order a part and the receptionist would be in touch to schedule the repair. A week went by, I called and receptionist said “I’m not sure what’s going on with the part” and that was it. Another week went by and I called again. Same tune “not sure where the part it”. Called back 3 days later and she said “oh I did get an update. The part we ordered won’t work and we can’t find the correct one” so I asked if they had to replace the whole set up and she said “I’ll ask (plumbers name) and get back to you” it’s been 6 more days with no communication. I went with another company who came out and repaired same day. Would never recommend or use this company again.

  I wish I had something positive to say, however this company unfortunately was unprofessional towards us. We called last week and were told they could come Monday 1/11 or Tuesday 1/12. No one showed up either day, we called Wednesday 1/14 and no one answered our call. We followed up again today 1/15 and was told that it wouldn’t be until sometime next week now. After explaining the urgency she told us, “that’s not my problem”. A courtesy call informing us that there would be a delay would have gone a long way.
