  This company is phenomenal with customer service from Stephanie who took my call to Richard who was at my house within 30 minutes!! Actually an electrician found the problem and I called the company who actually put up the roof approximately 7-8 years ago and has yet to call me back (5 hours later) so in desperation I called Baker roofing and Richard came out and took pictures and showed me the problem and there was actually 2 more that were also installed incorrectly but he didn’t have the materials to fix those. So ever since the other company I’ll refer to as company “W” had installed these improper seals on the roof it has been leaking when it rains. Needless to say the damage is extensive as drywall, joists, beams and insulation must all be replaced so please do NOT waste time and especially your $$ with company “W”

  Mr. Billy Baker was especially rude when I encountered him. He used very explicit vocabulary around me and made me to feel that I was in danger. Please, if you have another option, use a plumbing service that genuinely cares for and about people.
