  Called them Wed afternoon because AC is down. They couldnt come til Friday so made the appointment then. They came, and did an initial look but couldnt do anything til the electricians came. Even though they were on the way, the person from KT Heating decided to just off and leave and said they wont wait and wont come back til Monday unless we pay the premium rate. In the mean time, I have an AC unit down and now a fridge that isnt working so I am giving them this bad review for that very reason since they couldnt wait a few minutes for them to come. KT guy literally came and left.

  Prompt response to call about heat not working. I purchased heater and air from them last year and have been pleased with the service and quality of their products. Price is also fair.

  I called them several times and was told that I would get a call and never did the last time I called "but we're extremely busy I'll try again to you "and I still haven't heard from them and over 2 months
