We had a drain overflowing that was backing up our kitchen sink and bathtub. They came on a super cold Friday evening within an hour of me calling. They were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Friendly people and did an excellent job on my new bathroom.  Love having laundry room upstairs now. Nice sit down shower! Appreciate all they did.

2 weeks ago they came to fix a leaking pipe and a faucet that would not shut off.  The tech hurt himself and broke the main water shut off valve.  He said someone would be back to fix it...  Still waiting for repair.
After calling this morning to see if they forgot about us they called back and said see you next Tuesday...

I understand its frustrating to get non emergency services done right away. We have staff who are off work due to being sick, Im suprised with you being a Manger of a restaurant you are not understanding.  We try to keep things open for emergency services, in which we have been very busy with.

They called to notify me of arrival time which was within the hour of initial phone call. They located the issue quickly and had it unclogged in no time. Very polite, and cleaned up the work area. I'm very pleased and will definately use them again.

They did not show up when they were suppose to, no call no show, when they finally got there they left a mess on my shower, put a dent on my wall, didn't install the right parts, they lied to me and they also never paid  my friend's husband, they hired him to do some repairs and they never paid him for the repairs he did.

Please call out office, we don't have you in our system, we are also unaware of your friends husband that we hired and didn't pay ?

I have not had any experience with any plumbers. When i thought a pipe was leaking and i tried to call a few places for help, holling plumbing was the only place that answered! They did say they were busy and wouldnt be able to come out for a bit! But they came in the same day and they fixed my issue which wasnt a pipe but my toilet! They had experience and knew right away what was wrong!! Thank you Holling plumbing!!

Couldn't be happier with my experience with these guys.  We live about an hour away from Hastings in Geneva.  After calling every plumber in Fillmore county and not getting a call back for days, a friend recommended Holling.  They called me back within an hour and had people out here the next day to fix a sewer main that broke.  The guys who came out were friendly, courteous, got the job done quick, and walked me through everything they did.  Definitely the first (and likely only) call I make for any work I need done in the future

Washer was draining onto the basement floor instead of going down the floor drain. I called Holling at 8:00am and they had someone here by 8:26am. It was fixed and they were out the door by 9:00am. The woman I spoke with to schedule the service call was pleasant and accommodating. The plumbers they sent were professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend this place! We were asked to pay upfront since we were new customers. Paid almost 2k for new pipes under our trailer (which we  were remodeling and weren’t living in at the time). First time they came they didn’t finish and did not bother to call me. Had to call them back and they said they would be back to finish. Took them a couple more calls before they came back after 2 or 3 weeks. They had to make a hole in the wall to get to where the water heater was at and I asked them if they would rather wait until we got rid of that wall to remodel. They said it would be easier and to call them when we were ready. Called them back a while later and they said they couldn’t come in the evenings because that was only for emergencies. They said they would be there at 8:30 am instead and I said that was fine. They didn’t get there until almost 11am and they didn’t bother to call and say there was a change in their schedule. They wanted to charge me $40 more dollars to get the water outside to work again  (guy said he would do it as a side job). I told them It was working before they messed with it and I didn’t have any cash anyways. He said he would talk to his boss and would be back. Two different guys came later and got it working. That evening my husband went to look at what they had done and he noticed that our brand new tub (never used, didn’t even take stickers off of it yet) had like a scrape next to the drain. It was a big black spot like if someone dropped something heavy on it. Called them back and Rodney said he was going to call the guys and ask. He called back said none of them did it and they would look at the tub next morning( today) and maybe they could take it back to menards and say that it was there when we bought it. I worked today so they asked me to leave the door unlocked. I told them I would rather someone be there and so I would talk to my sister so she could be there. Asked them to call her before going to my place to make sure she could be there. Rodney asked me to send him my sisters # and they would call her. They left me a voicemail today around 8:15am saying that they looked at the tub and they did not do that and he didn’t even notice it yesterday. I called my sister and she said they never called her. So they went in even though no one was there and  I had asked them to call my sister first!! Very unprofessional, never had an experience like this with anyone!
