  I called 3 other plumbing companies and left messages on answering machines and no one called me back. The 4th call was to K&R Plumbing the next day and a real person answered the phone. I have a rental house that had a toilet leak and tub backing up and I live 3 hours away. K&R was able to send someone out that day. The plumber called me and told me everything he did when he finished the job. I could not have been happier. I will use K&R Plumbing again and will refer them to people I know.

  Gave me a reasonable price up front over the phone, came on time and completed the work, very respectful of the house, didn’t make a mess like guys I’ve used before. I will definitely be using K&R for our future needs.

  Very professional! Great job!! Called to replace my garbage disposal and got the price by phone. Very different from the others that want to charge a visit before giving the price. By the way, the price was fair for the quality of the material and service.
