  Jorge was extremely responsive when I called him about my plumbing issues. He was also knowledgeable and explained the situation to me in a clear and concise way without being condescending. Pricing was also reasonable as well. I will definitely be saving him in my contacts as my go-to plumber :)

  I am new to the city of St. Cloud and after a week of purchasing my new home, both of my toilets backed up and sewage went into my shower and tub. I called Jorge around 6:00 am and by 8:00 am he arrived at my house and began snaking the lines. What was revealed was very disturbing. The prior homeowner had the tile floor in the shower replaced. The installers not only pushed all of the grout and sand into the drain, but also flushed shop paper towels down the toilet. Of course both of these stupid moves, caused unnecessary problems and the potential for serious maintenance issues. Both Jorge and co-worker Rafael were very professional, explained the issue and took care of the problem. I would highly recommend Plumbing Response Team for their responsiveness, professionalism and fair pricing.
