  For the second time now the K & L crew have been exceptional! From the first impression on the phone to timely service technician that are completely qualified. Our emergency situations in the loss of heat at two separate locations, these guys have saved us! They educated us as to what was necessary and were conscious of how many of us aren't prepared for these events! Thank you K&L Team !

  I called 4 other places on Thursday afternoon for a furnace that was broken, 3 never called back or responded, the other one was booked until after the weekend. A friend recommended K & L Friday morning, gave them a call and they were able to get somebody out there and have the situation fixed before 11am. Great Service
