  Hotshots came out to our remote cottage on New Years morning within an hour of our call. They were kind, extremely knowledgeable, fixed what would have been a major issue efficiently, and even gave us their normal rate on a holiday. We were impressed and tremendously grateful. We highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call Dalton for future plumbing needs!

  Nick came in pretty good time. My water was frozen And he found it was the water meter that had frozen so he thawed that out. He put everything back in pretty good order except he didn’t get part of the skirting back on the bottom of the trailer so there was a gap. My neighbor fixed that for me. So nice to have water again and so good that they were here in a matter of hours. Thank you!

  I would highly recommend HotShots. I called them at 8:30pm on a Friday night and they answered, willing to come out ASAP to fix my clogged shower drain. While I did not need them to come out right away, they were there Saturday morning to assess the situation. Both Dalton and his other team member (I can't remember his name) were very professional. We ended up needing to replace the whole drain mechanism/stopper in the shower, which included cutting a hole in the wall to gain access to the shower pipes. All of this work was done very well. They cleaned up after themselves and the shower is as good as new. I will plan to use HotShots in the future for plumbing issues we may have.
