  Very happy with responsiveness from request to repair. No heat resulted in tech visit within 2 hours. Needed a blower motor that would take a week to get, but extra effort had it in 2 days with installation. In meantime, I was provided with 3 portable heaters which kept us comfortable. I have worked with Bergeron for over 15 years and have never been disappointed with their efficiency, professionalism and the trust to take care of any problems. My wife and I consider them family!

  Our initial contact went unanswered for about three weeks but eventually we received a call and an apology from the owner. We received our quote one day later and signed a contract. The planning for the installation went well and the technicians showed up on time and were very accommodating and professional. Day one was completed quickly, and they left allowing me to install some sheetrock. The second day went just as well, and the installation was completed and fully tested. We would highly recommend the Company and its employees.

  The Bergeron folks are awesome. Had problems with our heat pump and indoor units. Other providers said they were too busy to help. Bergeron, who originally installed the system, jumped right in and came very quickly given it was a holiday. Fast, super friendly, professional, wore masks and followed COVID safety protocols giving us comfort, did a great job, and got most of the work covered by warranty. Also, everything was basically online/digital, which made things super easy and fast. Afterwards, despite the immense stress COVID has put on the trades, got a call from Kim Bergeron himself checking to make sure everything went well and to see how he could be of further assistance. A likeable, super nice, hard working small business owner. A greatly appreciated call/gesture. That's what it's all about. Highly recommend Bergeron.
