  The Good: The issue with the water backing into the tub, was fixed. The Bad: He was 20 minutes late and made an absolute mess of the bathroom. He didn't clean anything up. The floors and tub were left dirty. There is debris all over the washing machine and on the floors. Nothing was put back the way it was found. When I called to ask, inquiring if he was returning...thinking maybe things were left in disarray because he needed to go out and get a part...I was told, "oh sorry. I got another service call so I rushed out." As if this job wasn't worth his time. What kind of service professional doesn't clean up their mess when they are done? I shouldn't have to now hire a cleaner to come clean the bathroom thoroughly after already spending money to fix a block in a drain. I am extremely frustrated.

  He fixed the problem very nicely! Quality service and a GREAT guy to shoot the bull with. Would highly recommend.
