  JVS tech was very professional and knew his job. took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. He made sure to stay in contact with our home insure to get the right parts to complete the job so we could have hot water. The service tech stayed around an extra 45 min. to insure the hot water heater was working properly to his satisfaction. Service with a smile. Thank you.
