Disappointing and poor customer service. Reading other reviews seems like are mostly coming from home warranty dispatch. Argued I didnot have an issue and did not bother to check. I called another plumber who promptly diagnosed the issue and resolved it. On another issue they were supposed to come back but didnot. I reopened the request and it was closed as completed.

Unfortunately as with all companies and customers the experience varies , we’re sorry you were dissatisfied with the service call. As a report was submitted and concerns or issues be directed to your warranty company. We hope the other company has resolved your issue and no reoccurring issue arises then again you will be displeased with their service . In re the other order we offered such appointment and had not received any response or confirmation re taking such appt, after 7days an order is marked canceled due to unresponsive. Thank you

We had a plumbing emergency and Judieh sent a plumber out the same day. (We had called around, and they were the only ones who understood the severity of our situation.) The work was well done, fair-priced, and absolutely to our satisfaction. We will keep them on the speed-dial, and highly recommend Judieh Plumbing to anyone, especially in the Pittsburg area.

Our home warranty sent them to our home. Isaac came to our home on schedule. Observed one of the issues and said no prob. Started looking at another issue and while he was looking, he checked some other pipes, and one of them got broken. As a homeowner - I was reasonably concerned what is going on and what needs to be done, Isaac however has become belligerent and stated that I don't let him do his job and left. He did not explain anything, he did not help us with anything. Very bad customer experience. Called to the office and left a VM PS: as the business owner responded and claimed I'm being not honest 1 - when Isaac asked for the towel - I was really shocked that something started gushing and was thinking where to grab the towel quick, and your guy went to the car and get his own. Its not I did not want to provide a towel, I was a bit shocked by the unexpected problem and cannot think quickly of where which towel I can get for that. And BTW - I said plain and clear - I will wipe out water, you just deal with what you need to. 2 - I did not ask specifically to look at that angle valve, it was near one of the described issues (that hot water goes into cold pipes) so he went in to check the toilet has hot/warm water instead of cold 3 - I straight asked what is the problem and they guy just did not want to discuss. Today I had another encounter with this company as my case from the home warranty was sent to them. This time Roman came to me and even though he did not have the necessary part, he returned back the same day and fixed everything. He was very professional and I gotta give the credit when it is due. So I'm changing my overall impression from the company to 4. I guess it depends on which person happens to come to fix your problem. I can highly recommend Roman (I'd give all 5 to Roman for sure)

Good afternoon Alexey, I can definitely understand how stressful it can be when plumbing repairs don't go as planned, however, I also think it is important to be honest when leaving reviews online. Yes, a part broke during the job but when the water began flooding the bathroom, he asked you for a towel and you told him no; at which point he literally took the shirt off his back to clean up the water, then while he was soaking wet, he continued working on the repair to ensure you had no leak when he left your house. In addition, the angle stop that ended up causing the leak was not on your work order, but since you asked him to take a look at it, he agreed to do it as a favor when he wasn't required to. I'm very sorry your service call did not go as planned, if it were me, I would be stressed out as well so trust me I do understand, however, it's a little unfair to say he did nothing at all to help you, he definitely went above and beyond what most service technicians would do.
