  Jordan and Son’s Plumbing was contracted through Duke Energy as part of a service plan I have with Duke Energy. A representative contacted me early this morning informing that a technician would be at my location soon as he completed his first assignment. As expected, the technician arrived an began diagnosing my plumbing needs. His attitude was professional and polite, clean work area, found the septic clog and taped the area off as a precautionary measure. He was engaging in conversation and guided me through the process. The technician (Ian) was very pleasant. I wasn’t pleased with the estimated pricing of sub contracting with Sellers for pumping the septic tank but I had two choices, either used there service or not and I chose not. The overall experience with Ian was very pleasant.

  If you want to get the run around with poor professionalism....this place is for you! I readily filled out the credit card form as requested that was "not found" mysteriously. I have contacted my credit card company & asked them to alert me of any charges from this company. I suspect that any day now, my credit card will be found and charged. I expected more from a 43 year old company that prides itself of integrity & professionalism....

  We never received your forms authorizing the work we proposed. As a courtesy a simple phone call to confirm we received your email or a read receipt on your email would have prevented you feeling this way. In a separate email sent to us this morning which we received, you asked us to cancel the call. Email is not perfect and phone calls to confirm your email would have been best. This is not a fair review.

  My work has used Jordan's on numerous occasions and they are always very friendly when first calling. They inform of any trip charges upfront and verify a good time frame with us. The techs that come to our site are always very helpful and informative of what is going on and how they can fix it. They give us a quoted price that we get approved before proceeding to work. We have never had issues with something they have fixed and have always been happy to have them complete jobs on our site. I would absolutely recommend Jordan's to anyone who needs a trusted company to do their plumbing/electrical fixes. They are awesome and have a great staff. Thank you to Alicia, Michael, Anthony, Tito, Blake and Andre!!
