  So glad I checked Cheshire forum on Facebook for recommened plumbers and found Chris! He was prompt, took the time to explain everything he was doing and got the job done. I absolutely will be using him again!

  This team was relentless in their pursuit to fix our hot water heater. First, on a day they were booked solid, they took the time to stop by, scope out the work and determine a plan of action. This was practically minutes after our early morning call. The fix happened to be a little trickier than originally anticipated, the team returned later that day and were persistent in resolving the issue. They worked diligently into the night, returned the next morning and the problem was fixed. One attribute that became quickly apparent was they take PRIDE in their work. They are nice guys too. I will recommend Jones Plumbing to friends and family.
