  We have been using FF Hitchcock for years and they have always been excellent across the board. Timely, knowledgeable, fair, reliable and always willing to go above and beyond. Today we returned from vacation to find about and inch of water in our furnace and water heater area. New Year’s Day is not easy to find someone to come out for the rescue. They took our call immediately And within 2 hours, we had a tech at the house. They also have a staff that is friendly and trustworthy. As much of the work they do is inside the home, I believe it’s important. Overall, we have nothing but positive things to say and we have used them for many, many years and have always been completely satisfied. They also have excellent oil delivery service if you are in need.

  Jeff explained basically how the gas furnace and hot water tank worked - I had very recently moved from a house with oil furnace- very different. He also took the time to show me where my main water shut off was And a little about my circuit breaker. Jack - his apprentice- showed me how to change my filter also. Both technicians came into my home wearing masks Which I appreciated. They also emailed me before their arrival and arrived promptly at 8 AM. Jack and I also discussed having my AC unit inspected in the early spring- which I will surely do. This spring will be my first time using my AC since moving into my condo. I would , without hesitation, recommend Hitchcock for all HVAC services - what a pleasure dealing with them !

  We had them install a new furnace in our home. They did a excellent job. Very clean and neat. I would recommend FF Hitchcock to anyone.
