  Just wanted to jump on here and say I have used Jons for plumbing in the past and am beyond happy with them and then my furnace goes out right before a major storm and not only did they make it work to be at my house for assessment they came the next day to install a new furnace . AGAIN I have used them for years and they are the most prompt and reliable place in this town !

  Jon's has been to our house two times. Both times were on time and prepared. Quoted the service fee, Looked and diagnosed the trouble and then quoted the price to repair. Did the work very quickly. Mess cleaned up.

  I'm very sorry that my experience is different from yours. I would give them two stars. I scheduled the appointment for a certain day (between 10-12). The cranky secretary got angry because I didn't answer my phone before 9AM They were REQUESTING that the service guy could come in at 9AM So i said yes The guy was really out of shape and complaining about the snow (I have nothing to do with the snow) You didn't fix my furnace Furthermore, you gave me a hard time.
