  Boucher Plumbing went above and beyond! I called them on a Friday evening when my kitchen sink was backed up and Josh was at my house within 2 hours to repair it and did not leave till the job was done. He was highly professional and was willing to work with me on a price that wouldn’t break my bank account! I highly recommend Boucher plumbing and will be using them for any future repairs!

  I had a toilet older then the grim reaper. I needed a replacement. Got the new toilet installed same day. No wait at all. Very good rates. They gained a lifetime customer. Excellent service. Update: 4/8/20 I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. He didn't tell me the specific time he would be there. i waited until 4pm. It was getting too late for me so i canceled the appointment. I then made a additional appointment for 4/9/20 I was very specific about the time that i needed which was noon to early afternoon. He said he would "TRY TO BE THERE by noon." He didnt show up. So i waited until 1pm and cancelled the appointment. Ok if this plumber (i dont know he's name) didnt want to do the job or wasn't ok with entering into a house during the pandemic. Which he is more then right to not want to do. He should have let me know. I wasted days on a job i needed done WAITING on him to NOT show up. Bottom line if you need your toilet replaced, he's not bad. If you need anything else done, Go to a more professional plumber. This guys customer relations SUCKS.

  Highly Recommend! Came out immediately to fix clogged drain and cleaned out all the drains in the house, as well as repairing a line and fixing a broken toilet. Personable, professional, and affordable. Quality service and very conscientious.
