  Extremely rude while in my home made the problem worse and then came upstairs said something about needing to find a clean out and walked out. I assumed he was getting a tool or looking for something in my yard and then I saw his van pull away. Called the owner who just spoke over me saying well he offered to come back in the morning (which he did not) and then hung up on me.
