  Horrible Customer Service and failed to ever show up after lying to me for a week. I've never written a bad review before, but I felt this was important to share. Requested service on an AC unit when it was 90 degrees outside and it quickly became 85 degrees inside my house. While I can live with the temperature, the fact that I have an 8 month son and 2 year old daughter, makes the temperature of my home more important to me. At the same time, my home is on the market for sale and showings were ongoing. Your house doesn't show to prospective buyers well when it is 85 degrees inside. Had to followup the next day because I never heard back. The person that answered the phone was rude and when I spoke of my situation, began to complain of how busy they were, but told me they would be out there that day. Needless to say, they did not show up that day. After two more days of my kids sweating at home, they again promised they would be out there today or the next day. For three straight days they told me the same story - They would be out there today or tomorrow, and without fail I would get a call saying they were too busy to service my unit. Finally a week later on Thursday, I was promised that they would be out on Friday and if not, he would be out there on Saturday (even though he said he was not allowed to work Saturday). Talked with him on Saturday afternoon and was told he was trying to get out there, but wouldn't be able to till Tuesday! On a week it is supposed to be in the 80's all week! The only reason that I didn't find a different company in the first two days of them not showing up when they said they would, was because they were the service provider for our home warranty company. I ended up having to get another company and pay out of pocket to get the work done all because he kept pushing me and my family off. As a side note, I would highly recommend CJ's Heating and Air as they had our unit up and running in just a few hours of me calling on a Saturday. The good news is, every time he talked to me on the phone, he was rude and complained about being so busy - keep treating your customers like this and you won't be busy for long.
