  I reached out to John Rice Plumbing with an issue that needed to be addressed immediately. Unfortunately they were booked and couldn’t come out, but they followed up with advice on how to handle the situation after the phone call had ended. I am a first time homeowner who knows very little about plumbing and I can’t express how meaningful it was that he went out of his way to help in whatever way he could. Will absolutely be reaching out in the future because that level of customer service is hard to find; especially considering the fact that I wasn’t even a customer!

  Phoned John Rice Plumbing and spoke with John (Sept.) made an appt. and time for a main line maintenance cleanout (it was not an emergency) in the coming month (Oct.). Thought a months advance appt. time, would secure his service. Well the appt. came and no show and no phone call. Gave an extra hour incase he was running late then I called his number and got his answering machine that said he is not taking any new customers " he's sorry but he can only do so much you need to call someone else ". It seems that calling the client that "he" made the appt. with and had me waiting for a month with no communication to tell me that he would not be showing up was "to much" and not part of his business courtesy plan for sure, maybe it was a good thing he didn't do the work????? I would give no star rating but post would not take it. Think twice before calling

  I was able to reach John on the first call and by the grace of the plumbing gods he had time to swing by this morning and took care of our issue! Amazing!! Very quick, reasonable rate, knew exactly what he was doing, and was also able to squeeze us in between my own appointments. I definitely recommend!
