  I love having the choice of which type of unit that is available to rent. The bottom hook up verses the top. So easy to install the bottle on the bottom. I appreciate the reminder phone call for next day service. My delivery representative is very thoughtful to my needs. He makes sure I am getting the most out of my service. I tell everyone about Sierra Springs Water.

  They were very professional in replacing my water tower when the hot water element stopped working. Didn't have to wait very long at all.

  I have had it for 2 months and never had them deliver water and they keep changing me for water, I have called then about 10 times and stayed on hold for 2 hours and they never answered the phone. I have even went to the office and they would not let me in or answer the door an it was 2 hours before they closed for the day.
