  We are a first time user of John Owens Services. Joseph and Joe were the team assigned to our installation of a new AC unit. They were on-time, kind, professional, respectful and patient. They were unable to finish the install on the first day and came back promptly on the second to wrap up the project. We had a few follow-on items after the unit was installed and Joseph continue to be the one to arrive on-site and work with me and my husband on resolving the complications we experienced. Through our conversations I could tell he takes great personal pride in his work and delivery of service. He made what could have been a very trying and frustrating experience, enjoyable and easy to manage. I am so happy to have chosen John Owens!

  12/15/2021 - their driver in a big box truck tailgated me and my family in the pouring rain. Seriously less than a foot away from my bumper, going over 75mph. Reckless driving in a storm, while in a company vehicle is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE. Drivers like this cost lives and tear apart families during the holidays. If a company is allowing this untrained person to drive their vehicle on a public road, it makes you wonder what other corners are being cut? Background checks? Inspections? Perhaps not using OEM recommend parts??? Makes me wonder as a homeowner and consumer. Northbound 101 6:50pm in Novato. **update I did recieve a voice-mail apology from a woman representing their company. According to them the matter would be taken seriously and handled asap. +2 stars for speed of return call and for the sincerity of her call. ****Full disclaimer I HAVE NOT USED THIER HVAC SERVICES and review is NOT based off skill or expertise in their field.

  John Owens and crew are absolutely the most professional and trustworthy HVAC contractors. We had an HVAC system installed in a 1982 era house that was previously heated with baseboard heaters and a wood stove. After John Owens installed our new system we have a perfectly heated home. -Thank you to all
