  Andrew was awesome! He was honest and quick to figure out the issue. He and Jason were willing to come out in the freezing rain and fix and replace a mainline water pipe to my house. This company was also very fair and very reasonably priced. In fact, they were literally $7000 cheaper than a quote I got from another plumbing company for the exact same work! I would highly recommend and cannot thank them enough!

  They were able to get here within a few hours after I called. Gave us several different options to fix or replace our 5 year old water heater. In the long run it was better to replace and they did it all in one day. They were very quick and professional the entire time.

  I called John Flower after 11pm on a plumbing emergency the night of a holiday. They were quick to answer and were to me within a couple of hours. I called every other plumber in town and they were the only ones to even attempt to help in a bind. Once arriving, they were friendly and professional, quick, and did great work for a fair price. I would definitely use them again!
