  When my water heater died, I called my trusted plumber, who referred me to Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. One technician called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, explained exactly what I needed. He gave a few options regarding extras and explained those as well. He did an excellent installation job, and made sure that everything was working properly when we turned the water back on (bleeding out air from pipes, etc). . I’d definitely use them again, and would recommend them to friends and family.

  If you're looking for a plumber CALL THESE GUYS!!! First of all I want to say they respond instantly and are very professional, friendly, honest and up front people that come into your home to do the work necessary without up-selling, overcharging or making a mess. They are very fair in price without asking for payment in advance before doing the work. I had a sump pump pipe burst at 1 am and one plumber showed up within 20 minutes to stop my basement from flooding, clean up water damage and fix the issue on the spot. I can't say enough good things about the dedication and great work they do- I only wish that all contractors could be like Joe’s Plumbing & Heating team! Five stars is not enough. I wish I could give them ten! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

  Joe’s Plumbing & Heating technician arrived within the time promised. He was courteous and worked hard to find the water heater I needed. He installed it the same day. I appreciate the service from Joe’s Plumbing & Heating.
