  Went in looking for help to replace a compression nut. Guy looked at it and said they had nothing. Went to Home Depot. Lady in the plumbing department looked at it, went to their counter and after about 10 minutes of finding the right combination of parts, had me leaving with everything I needed to fix it.

  The staff is nice, they said to me when I walked in, "don't worry about a mask, we don't really care" I said, well I do. Remember, masks are compatible with an open economy.

  I needed a new toilet seat and lid for my Kohler toilet. I removed the part and took it into Rosen. The parts man looked at it and brought me a new one, not a Kohler part. It took it home and it didn't fit and was the wrong color. It was taken back to Rosen and after it being explained about restocking fee they graciously did not charge me. They looked in the garbage at the part I brought and said "Oh ho you need a different part." They gave me the new one, again not a Kohler part,and I took it home and attempted to install it. You guessed it..........It too did not fit and was the wrong color. realizing they didn't know what they were doing and that I would have to eat the $65 cost I gave up with Rosen and called Kohler direct. They had the part in stock in the right color and was shipped to me in three days. Any one want to buy an oddball toilet seat? In future I will deal directly the manufacturer as their representative, Rosen, is a really bad choice. cc/Kohler
