  Total nightmare! Refused to put water heater drain to outside - too much work. Instead drilled hole to my enclosed porch - cutting through numerous copper pipes in my wall. Had to come back next day because he left one room without water then charged me extra for an ugly box to cover mess he made of my wall and continually mentioned he wasn't being paid for his return trip so he settled for an additional $200 I begrudgingly gave him. And, shamed me into buying extra supplies, one item being an amp meter from Lowes. Seems like a business installing hot water heaters would have such a tool. I could go on!!! I have hot water, thus the three stars.

  Very long story short, the technicians for this company are not competent. Multiple occasions of technicians bringing the wrong parts for the job, 'accidentally' throwing away parts, showing up late, etc. Multiple occasions being told "someone will be in touch" and then no one is in touch until I call back multiple days later. Would not recommend.

  We called late Saturday afternoon with the entire house backed up. David showed up late that evening and helped us get back to normal. I recommend this company professional and they bailed me out of a bad situation. Thank you JM Plumbing and David.
