This is an Outstanding Company.  After I bought my home I found out that I needed a new Drain Field.   After putting my drain field in, a pipe was accidentally broke.  Brooks came out and repaired the pipe and did an outstanding job.  Everyone was kind and patient as well as professional.   I would highly recommend this company!

They cleaned out my tank. A job most don't want but with this company it was like an oil change on your car  (painless).  I would recommend them to anyone . Great rates amazing service and prompt. I will use them in the future

Never called, didn't show twice, permit problems lies, disregard for professionalism!

We had our inspection in October 2021 to purchase a home where the worker couldn't find the cover so the owner had to come and show him where it was - and then passed our system with flying colors (and said they pumped it) only to find out, it was NOT pumped or even opened.
We had to find the cover for the yard to be worked on and found that not only was the tank full but the two covers were never even opened or inspected and that the worker that did the initial inspection no longer works for them and that the owner would come out to see it and let us know when.  He came when we weren't home and failed it and pumped it saying he didn't know what we have done since October and has not sent us the failing report or answered any of our calls, which are quite a lot nor has he come back to talk to us or show us anything.
We ultimately had another septic company (Advanced, which is amazing) who inspected it and failed it due to the root balls, which take years to form and also noted that whomever pumped it last did a lousy job and showed us all the 'stuff' in the tank.  After this all happened a worker from the pool company was walking to the back yard and fell through the cover as it was so warn, which further supports the cover was never opened originally as it would have been recommended to be replaced.
We have no recourse now that it has failed since we purchased the home and can't have seller assist in cost or lower price and the owner of Brooks will not respond to us and left us high and dry.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T HIRE GOOD PEOPLE AND ARE NOT HONEST!!!

Two men came and did a septic inspection. They were amazing!!!! They were looking at an older septic and worked their butts off. For a first time home buyer, I am completely grateful I went with this company! Keep up the amazing work!

They were great! Squeezed me in even as busy as they were. They said they would be here between 7:30 - 8:00 and they were here at 7:45! Did a great job and cleaned up and was gone in less than an hour!
