  Jim does excellent work and is fees are considerably lower than most handymen.

  We set an appointment for Jim to do some work which he agreed could do (simple door frame correction). Jim never showed as agreed. I called Jim a couple of times with no response. To date, he has not responded. This guy is more of a hobbyist, not a professional. As a result, I wasted a lot of time but did manage to find another handyman who completed the work quickly
