I am a recent transplant patient & woke up without any heat. I told Janelle my issue and she immediately dispatched out Mark to my home.  Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, trust-worthy, and prompt. The repair was very affordable. We were flooded out when the Dams broke. G and w came right out. My  furnace was not working , due to the advanced age of the unit we decided on a new furnace. The new unit is much more efficient and quieter than the old unit . It heats and cools much faster too. The guys moved some duct work and vents for me also, I was and am very happy with the unit and the people, from Tony, Scott, the installers to the nice lady on the phone. Good job across the board. I would use them again and recommend them.

Our AC wasn't working, so we called Answer first. They gave us a call back & stated that they wouldn't be able to help us for a couple of weeks because they were backed up. We said that was fine, so they said they would give us a call back to schedule. They did not.

I called GW today & they originally said that they would be able to schedule me for tomorrow, but realized there was a service tech in my area & that I could be seen ASAP. Within an hour from when I called, he was here, diagnosed & fixed the problem, & left! Super awesome service & really knowledgeable! We're so glad that we called!

Great response time and came out within 2 hours after call, awesome. Very expensive though, $50 just to come out, $150 for 15 minutes of labor and $400 for a part that I saw on 3 different web sites for under $100. Labor cost was ridiculous for 15 minutes and $300 over charge for the part. I should have done it myself for $100.

Ron is our go to man at GW he is a delight to work with. Ron is thorough, informative, professional, friendly and so trustworthy in taking care of our furnace, air conditioner and hot water service. GW installed all of the above appliances and it is who we choose for servicing them.

They were quick with getting to my house and fixing my furnace. Price was reasonable, service tech was friendly, and thorough. Definitely will use their services again if needed.
