This company was very disrespectful! First off they gave us a quoted time to be here between 9am-10am! No call or nothing I called them at 9:51am asking when they would be arriving. They did not show until 12:45pm. Guy came out and already seemed to have had a attitude about a previous job and just kinda brushed our issue with our sink off. We were surprised how he was handing our situation and decided to have him leave our home. We did not and will not use this unprofessional company. Save the headache and go somewhere else.

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. This is the company that has installed all of the plumbing for my home and I had an emergency call tonight they refused to service my home because It is no longer under warranty.. Tell me how that makes sense if someone is paying for a service it makes no sense for a home owner to suffer because of their poor job initially. A call is a call! There should be no preference over another. Due to their refusal of service to address an emergent issue I have water running on the interior of my walls, through my ceiling in five different locations and now the knockdown has completely detached in some areas if my ceiling. If you are building a home I highly suggest looking into who the contracted plumbing company may be that is doing your initial install for your home and to do a very thorough inspection. I think it’s incredibly shady to no longer service a customer in optimal time because they are now out of warranty. Beware!

They did not replace the pipes. There is a piece that was not attached and raw sewage was empty from the toilets into the crawlspace for months. The problem was found by a heating and air conditioning repair person. I had to call a biohazard person to remove the waste. I will pursue legal action.
