Marlon Reno is a wonderful human! Genuinely professional- extremely knowledgeable, efficient and thorough (Master at his craft). Marlon took the time to listen as well as address my concerns. He even went another mile to educate me about my system! Zach was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. They worked cohesively and provided a successful and pleasant service. I initially received a quote from another company, but the technician told me I should call Canady’s. I’m so glad I did! Brandon came out and listened to what I wanted in a new system. Gave me a fair quote and made the financing easy! The crew that came out was great! The company was so accommodating when I needed to rip out wet drywall after they removed the old system that had leaked all over the laundry room. They installed the outside unit and came back the next day to finish. That gave me the time i needed to rip out all the drywall and install new before they came back. Donovan was amazing! He knew exactly what he was doing and was able to work with the space constraints. Definitely recommend this company for new install or maintenance. Thanks Canady’s!

Donavan did a excellent job. He was on time with his crew and extremely professional. I am very happy that he came and I have excellent ac/heat now. They covered the floor to protect it and clean everything up nice at the end. They also explained the system well and answered all questions. Would highly recommend!
