  I called yesterday and was so grateful to get an appointment for this morning at 9:00am. I am not usually here during the day and I have an injured dog that I had to make sure to carry upstairs and put away before the plumber was to arrive. I understand that service calls are not always 100% on time, but by 10:00am, he wasn’t here and I had not received a call for an ETA. I sent a text letting the plumber know that I’d be fine to reschedule, but I never heard back. I booked this company because of the many positive reviews. I hate posting negative ones, but the thing is that my time is valuable too and I had to take off work and readjust things for this appointment, if the plumber would have called to cancel or reschedule, I would have been happy to accommodate. I’m really disappointed in the lack of consideration from this company. It’s extremely unprofessional.

  Oh my goodness, you are right. Your appointment ended up on the wrong day. Totally our fault. If you found someone to come out, great, if not we can be there first thing tomorrow morning. So sorry. Please let me know.

  Oct 2020 Josh Michael installed our new Spring Well whole house water filtration and salt free softener system. Completed in under 4Hrs and below estimate. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing work for either big or small jobs.
