  These guys did a great job! Had them complete everything from rough-in to finish on a bathroom remodel that required tons of work including new supply lines, drain lines, and ventilation. Good attention to detail.

  I have worked with Fletcher's multiple times at multiple locations and they provide good service at a fair price. On multiple occasions they provided me with good information with which I could make a decision about what work should be done. I plan to work with them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC/Plumbing work.

  First of all ,I like Fletcher plumber of Smyrna, they did some fixing at my home in last 15 years, last time was about 3-4 years ago, a guy from Fletcher came and fixed my water heater ,few days ago I got same issue with my gas water heater, I called Fletcher and a tech. came to my home and to my surprise, he has no tools in his hands, when I told him that the pilot flame of the water heater went off and it does not stay on, and just he looked at the burner he said “ I do not know about this’ , and he asked my if I have sand paper, I handed him small sheet and he cut a small piece and did a brief sanding of the burner but the pilot flame kept going off, so his final diagnosis is to change the thermostat, after he communicate with his boss, and told me how much it cost, I talked his boss and asked for new heater, I asked him to install a new water heater, but I was charged $120 for less than 15 minutes of work and incorrect diagnosis from unqualified and un skillful tech, and the worst is I looked at YouTube for a solution for a trouble like what I have with my water heater, one of the stream suggest to clean the heat sensor of the burner, and I did cleaned with washcloth, to my surprise the pilot flame does not go off to this minute and my gas water heater is working fine, I talked to Fletcher and told them what is going on, next day someone from Fletcher called me and I explained to him what is happened from the unqualified tech. who came to my home to fix the water heater, asked for refund, I did not hear from fletcher since then, my gas water heater is working fine know,
