  It is Superbowl Sunday, we wake up for our morning coffee & start a load of laundry only to find our kitchen backing up. No access to do Laundry or dishes really dampened our day. I called JBG plumbing as they have always been responsive and available when needed the most. After placing my call Josh arrived onsite within 20 min and had us repaired within the hour. The value in having my issues resolved so promptly is money well spent. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful plumber. I recommend JBG to anyone looking for reliable trustworthy plumbers that will not try to take advantage of you. Thanks again for saving our Super-bowl Sunday!

  JBG has done a number of projects for me over the years at my slightly aging residence. Most recently, the issue was a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. JBG quickly diagnosed the problem, estimated the cost, and performed the work efficiently and without any surprises. They respected my time as well, working with me on a window of time that would work for both of us. I recommend them and will use them again as needed.

  We paid 1/2 down before the project ($2,875.00). I had told them that the trailer had a mold issue due to water leak and we needed to see how bad and might need to cancel job and get rid of mold first. They reassured us that we could call the morning of, to cancel job and get a refund. We were coming from out of town and as soon as we got to trailer home we called and let them know that we had to cancel their guys. The mold was out of control and didn’t want to put their guys at risk. I talked to their manager and he said that they would begin process of the refund for $2,875.00. I got the refund and they even called to make sure of the address to send it too since the service address was different from where we actually live. Thank you JBG Plumbing for being a company of your word.

  Thanks for taking the time to bring this to our attention. You last called on Aug 13, 2021, 11:52am to state you were ready to move forward with the quoted $5700 bid. You paid your deposit and we called back to verify your 10/13/21 re-pipe job. You stated for us to wait and that you were checking now to see if the mold was too much and would call us back to let us know when you wanted to re-schedule the job. When you called back we waited to find out if we would be replumbing the unit at a later date or use the deposit towards the new home install. Today is the first time we have heard from you and we even checked our records, we have not received a call from your xxx-7467 number after Aug 13th, 2021. We would love to resolve this issue, and have happily refunded your money via check in the mail today.
