  We were able to make a “Next day” appointment for our consult with Brent and were on the schedule the following week to have Pex piping installed in our home. Job was done in a quick and cleanly manner and we are very satisfied with the work. The whole crew was very polite and knowledgeable when it came to our small/ large plumbing questions. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We Will definitely use this company again!

  OK. It is 2/16/2021--the big freeze up here. I wake up and have cold water, but no hot. I called this company and a plumber calmed me down and gave me some great advice. I opened my attic access in the garage and, after a couple of hours, some rising heat and a bunch of clunky noises, I have hot water. Much appreciated. Thank you for being a good neighbor is a time of crisis.

  We had 2 separate companies came over to fix our shower clog and both were unable or unwilling. After 30 minutes Benjamin Franklin had the clog unplugged and the shower draining like brand new. The experience was beyond professional and informative. They save us thousands of dollars with their quitalty work. Would recommend them to your mother.
