We had a water heater installed. The first initial call and visit were great and done in a timely manner. However, things have gone down hill very fast! With the new water heater, we have Luke warm water and the water heater will not stop running. Called back to have them come but out and look at the issue. Plumber was there for five minutes and left....If I have a new water heater installed, why is the water Luke-warm? To take a hot bath, I have to boil water on the stove. The old water heater worked better then the new water heater. I have called several times waiting for the owner to call me back. My husband also talked to the plumber and he is waiting for a call back. Something is not right about the new heater and the company have not guaranteed their work at this point. Brand new water heater and no hot water. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBING COMPANY! I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE!

A little over a year and a half ago Jared’s installed new water heaters for myself and 2 of my neighbors. A few nights ago mine quit working. I called Jared’s to check on warranty. He told me they only warrantied for a year but the manufacturer has 6 years. He told me even if I paid him to come out that day he couldn’t get the part because the warehouse didn’t have them. He told me the quickest way to get the part using my warranty and told me to call him when I got it in and they would try and squeeze me in. I got it and thought I could do it myself and they told me exactly how to do it and told me if I had any issues give them a call. This is customer service. This is a company that cares about their customers. Jared’s will be my go to plumber any time I need one.
