Our water heater went out tuesday morning, by late tuesday afternoon we had a new water heater fully installed and giving us hot water.  We have had Addie for several years and everytime we have needed them they have been prompt and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.  Everyone from office personal to field reps are friendly and very knowledgable about their work.  We are extremely happy with their work!

They did good work had to write a check theie price for instal was ridiculous but we didn't have the money we told them when we would have the money and needed it done we nolonger had the money and that's when they cashed the check they cashed it a day before the money necessary would have hit the account I would not recommend a company that would lie to the customer promiseing them they would wait until a Friday we get paid then cashing it on a Thursday the day before this was handled  in an unfortunate way we had to also repair our heater for winter we told that heat company the same thing difference is they waited till Friday so their money went through and the money for addi water is still waiting  now we have been neglecting our other bills waiting for the check to go through our phones are now off this is ridiculous

Very good service they replaced my hot water heater and installed a softener.
I normally do all my home improvement work but was informed that Addie was very good to work with by my appliance repair tech that they do great work. He was not wrong.
The crew that came out were quick through and informed me that my pipes were old and what would happen when the water came back on. Which I knew but they said they can get all my faucets working again if I needed them to.
System instal was great no complaints on anything on my end. Would have been cheaper for me to do it but not by much they were in and out in under 3 hours and my softener need to have a drain added to the other side of the basement.
If you need it done call them. Great work.

Customer service goes a long way when owning a business and I cannot say enough about every interaction I have with them in person or over the phone. They are prompt to arrive during their service window time and complete their work quickly and never leave a mess. They also don't pressure you to purchase equipment that isn't needed. Highly recommend them!

I recently had my water heater replaced. I price shopped around and found Addie to be the best price. They scheduled the installation at a convenient time for me and the gentleman who installed made sure to cover my carpeting to make sure the house was kept tidy. Great experience! Highly recommend them!

Addie was recommended by our plumber of 30+ years.  He knew that we had problems for several years with our softener and iron filter and repairs and rebuilds were costly.   On Aug. 2, the first visit was by Addie's salesperson who tested our water and looked at our units to determine why they weren't working properly.  He gave us a firm estimate of cost to replace both units.  On Aug. 5, we called to schedule an appointment to replace both units.  The installers arrived on Aug. 8 and within 2 hours put in our new water treatment systems.

We couldn't be happier.  We have great quality water with no bacterial iron or rust and our water is soft again.  It did take a few days for the water heater to clear out the old untreated water and cycle in the newly treated water.  What a difference!  The water pressure has increased, it is clear, clean and odor free.  Our washing machine is 35 years old and works like it's new.  I highly recommend Addie to replace any water softener and/or iron treatment unit you may have doubts about.  They are professional, friendly, very competent and reasonably priced.  Great job guys!

I have been absolutely thrilled with the iron genie they sell. Our house had a nagging iron problem. After I installed the iron genie and their water softener, my water has never been better. If you have rusty water and it's ruining your fixtures and clothing, buy this thing.  You will love it.

also, I had some technical questions, which I talk to a gentleman at the company. Very knowledgeable and helped with a couple questions on installation. Very happy with the service as well.

I cannot say enough about how great they were! Responsive, clear communication. Once they arrived my repair was completed in less than 30 minutes. The technician was SUPER FRIENDLY!

Second time dealing with Addie, both have been outstanding. Dan took the time to figure out what would work best for my home and didn’t try and oversell anything. Installation crew was fast and clean, all joints were sweated perfectly. I don’t ever see a need to shop around.
