  I have been using Kimball Fuel for many years for oil delivery and to maintain my furnace with annual cleanings. They have always been responsive and helpful -- on Friday I had an issue with my furnace and they really did a 5 star job! Stanley, my technician was so knowledgeable and patient. He answered ALL my questions and was quick and efficient with my repair. In a world where excellent customer service seems to be a thing of the past, Kimball Fuel really excelled and went above and beyond to fix my issue and create a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend them for your furnace repair and oil delivery!

  I've been using Kimball Fuel for many years and have always been satisfied with their prices and service and professionalism. I also like the fact they're connected to the Green Energy Consumers Alliance, which allows me to purchase fuel oil at a discounted price. Definitely recommended.

  It's very sad the tech is very good highly suggest and one of the only ones that actually didnt mess up our furnace and properly diagnosed and fixed/cleaned our furnace /boiler but just because we could not afford to be an oil customer anymore they would not let me have my furnace cared for when it was stalling and not heating our water/ home has to be manually reset to turn on everyday Very judgemental agianst people on budgets low income and it's very sad not a good way to represent yourself as a buisness what a terrible way to make a single caregiver go through! Especially one that referred you to others!
