  They installed a new natural gas furnace for me about a year ago which they did a fine job with but then never follow through To actually get the inspector here to sign off on it which they promised would be done. About two month ago We started leaving messages trying to arrange A time when they could come and remove a small piece of radiator for us our messages were not returned Until maybe the fourth time calling, so yesterday their guys showed up at our house intending to do the work but informed me that they needed to put in something different than I originally wanted so after being there about 10 minutes they left. The main office called me about a half an hour later talking to me about rescheduling and I said It was OK because the guys Would have had to leave on an emergency call anyway. Then this afternoon I get a call from the main office again giving me quotes on installing a piece of radiator that the workers recommended and said That they would be charging me One hour of labor equaling $125 for the guy being here for 10 minutes🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

  The Gennari team was a pleasure to work with.  From the initial site visit to the final day of the project, everyone who came to my home was very professional and knowledgeable.  They did a great job converting my heating system over from oil to natural gas, installing a tankless hot water heater, and adding an air conditioning system.  The new system looks great, runs great, and is just what I asked for. I would definitely recommend them!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience every time I worked with them and was ripped off tremendously. They had 6 separate trips to my house for the same issue and charged me for 5 of the 6 trips. They said I could "put a band aid" on my a/c for cheap or spend a lot of money to fully fix the problem. I opted to fix it once and for all and paid them nearly $1,000.00. After 1 month of working a/c the EXACT same problem returned. When i called they said they were no longer servicing my house and have refused to return any of my phone calls. I do NOT recommend them. I've been talking to my family lawyer about taking them to court. Try Le Prevost instead (or anyone for that matter)
