  I called to ask if this plumber works with Contractors on service calls and possibly schedule a call for a customer. The woman that answered said "hold on a second" then hung up. I called back, thinking it was unintentional, to which she picked up and hung up without a word. Called from my personal cell, she answered and hung up on me when she heard my voice. Both my company and personal phone numbers are blocked now. You could have just said "no" and saved the ugliness.
